Recently, Zibo Qianyan Medical Instrument Co., Ltd. received the Certificate of High Technology Enterprise issued by Science and Technology Department, Finance Department, Internal Revenue Service of Shandong Province, indicating our efforts on R&D and innovation affirmed and recognized by related national departments and from now on, our company is formally ranked as high technology enterprise.

The identification of high-tech enterprises is one of the important measures taken by the state to support the development of the Torch Program. The China Torch Program (CTP) is a guiding plan for the development of China's high-tech industry. It was approved by the Chinese government in August 1988 and organized and implemented by the Ministry of Science and Technology (formerly the State Science and Technology Commission).
